I am so blessed that I get to use my knowledge of development and marketing in the independent private school setting. We have amazing students and an incredible faculty and staff. Our parents support us each and everyday and often surprise us when we least expect it.
I was all over campus on Wednesday, our first day of school. When I finally arrived back in my office I found this cute basket sitting on my desk. Our middle school parent volunteer had put together a "First Day of School Emergency Kit" for the office staff and faculty in our building. What a cute idea!
Here is what was in our "emergency" kit:
Scope
Chapstick
Bottled Water
Scotch Tape
Sunflower Seeds
Kleenex
Trail Mix
M&M's
To-Do List
Post-It Notes
Excedrin Tension Headache
Steno Pad
Jergens Moisturizer
Cracker Jack
Red Pen
Taster's Choice Coffee
Various Teas

what a great idea! My kids start school soon with meet the teacher next week. That might be a nice treat to bring along when we meet the teacher! Thanks for sharing!
